Sunless Tanning
You don't always need to head to the tan shop to get some colour you can instead do it at home and at the same time protect your skin.
Sunless Tanning - here are the options:
Tanning Pills
These are based on carotenoid colour additives which are found in carrots! They haven't been approved by the FDA yet so I cannot recommend them. They can affect your eye sight and have caused the death of at least one women. So, if you are interested in sunless tanning I would avoid this.Fake Tanning
After many incidents of orange streaking (including one morning when I woke up for an important swimwear shot to see obvious drip marks down my legs that I had caused with a late night application)I finally believe I have mastered the 'art' of this form of sunless tanning.At the moment I think the best one is by Christian Dior, but check out the overview of tanning lotions available below!. By using sunless tanning you can limit your use of tanning beds or avoid them completely.
